How-to: Use AM or PM. Apply an even layer to clean, damp skin and gently massage in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat skin dry. Use 1-3 times per week, as needed. Follow with Balancing Mist and Moisture Rich Balm.

Tip: For a spa-like experience, use in the shower with warm to hot water to help soften skin prior to exfoliating.
