You can modify your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on oakessentials.com and select Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to modify, then you can pick your preferred shipping cadence (30, 60, 90 or 120 days), skip an upcoming order, select a new charge date, add or remove a product on your existing subscription, change the shipping address, or update your payment information.

Yes, just add the desired subscription to your cart with the shipping frequency you prefer—and make sure you are logged in to your account. The option to apply your rewards to your order will appear at checkout.
Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for reward redemption as they are discounted automatically, but you can apply any existing rewards to the first order in a new subscription.

Your account most likely just hasn't been activated. Visit the Account tab, select Create an Account, and sign up using the same email that is listed on your subscription order.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on oakessentials.com and select Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to cancel, select Cancel Subscription and your reason for canceling, and confirm the cancellation. You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time.
