When you sign up for an Oak Essentials subscription, you will receive 15% off every shipment as well as double points on all subscription orders. You can subscribe to as many or as few Oak Essentials products as you'd like, including bundles like The Routine. You also have the flexibility to set your subscription schedule to every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.

After adding the item to your cart, you will be prompted to set your subscription schedule to every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.
You can modify your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on oakessentials.com and select subscriptions to view your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to modify, then you can pick your preferred shipping cadence (30, 60, or 90 days), skip an upcoming order, select a new charge date, add or remove a product on your existing subscription, change the shipping address, or update your payment information.
Yes. To add a one-time purchase to your existing subscription, visit the Subscriptions tab in your account, select Add a product, select the product you wish to receive, select One time and specify the date you wish the order to process. Confirm by selecting Add a product.
To change the shipping address on your subscription, log into your account on oakessentials.com, visit Account and select Subscriptions. Then select Shipping addresses from the banner menu and select Edit shipping address. Once you change your shipping address it will apply to all future recurring orders but can be changed as needed at any time.
To change the payment method used for your subscription, log into your account on oakessentials.com, visit Account, select Subscriptions and Payment methods from the banner menu, Edit and then Send update email. You will receive an email to continue updating your payment. From the email, select Confirm payment information. You will be directed to a new window where you will select Change to update the information. Confirm the changes by selecting Update card.
Yes. All recurring subscription orders earn double points, which can then be redeemed on future subscription orders or one-time purchases made directly from our site.
Yes, just add the desired subscription to your cart with the shipping frequency you prefer—and make sure you are logged in to your account. The option to apply your rewards to your order will appear at checkout.
Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for reward redemption as they are discounted automatically, but you can apply any existing rewards to the first order in a new subscription.
Promo codes are not eligible on subscription orders as your discount is already built into the subscription price! You will always receive 15% off of subscription orders automatically. Rewards are still applicable to recurring orders.
Your account most likely just hasn't been activated. Visit the Account tab, select Create an Account, and sign up using the same email that is listed on your subscription order.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on oakessentials.com and select Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to cancel, select Cancel Subscription and your reason for canceling, and confirm the cancellation. You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time.
You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time. Log into your account and select Subscriptions to view your inactive subscriptions. Select the product you wish to re-activate, select Re-Activate, and then you will be prompted to confirm the reactivation one more time. Once reactivated, you can modify the subscription to match your needs.
