To start, can you walk us through your typical AM and PM beauty routine?
My morning routine is light and refreshing. I start with the Oak Essentials Ritual Oil, which gently cleanses while replenishing moisture in my skin. I then apply a serum and oil, massaging them in with a gua sha tool to enhance absorption and circulation. I finish with the Oak Essentials Moisture Rich Balm to keep my skin hydrated and protected throughout the day. My evening routine is more comprehensive, especially after a long day. My focus is on removing pollution and buildup while preparing my skin for a restorative night's sleep. I begin with a double cleanse, starting with the Oak Essentials Ritual Oil and then following up with a foaming cleanser. Afterward, I use the Oak Essentials Restorative Mask to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate my skin. Finally, I apply a serum, oil, and the Oak Essentials Moisture Rich Balm as a richer evening cream to nourish my skin overnight.
At any given point, what are the beauty must-haves in your bag?
My absolute must-haves are a face mist to keep my skin hydrated and refreshed throughout the day, a brow gel to keep my brows perfectly groomed, and a lip balm for soft, nourished lips. These essentials are always in my bag, ensuring I feel polished no matter where I am.
What makes you feel most beautiful or most like yourself?
I always believe that an individual is most beautiful when they are comfortable in their own skin. For me, it's when I'm embracing my natural beauty that I feel the most like myself—confident and at ease, without needing anything extra.
How has being a mother shifted your perspective on everyday beauty?
I’ve always been drawn to the idea of natural beauty, so my concept of everyday beauty has remained consistent. However, becoming a mother has definitely shifted my approach. I've evolved to fully embrace minimalism—focusing on fewer products that are multipurpose and deliver the same, if not better, results. It's all about simplicity and efficiency now, making the most of what I use without compromising on quality.

What self-care lessons do you want to impart to your kids?
The most important self-care lesson I want to impart to my kids is to always take time for themselves, not just when getting ready, but in everything they do. It's essential to give things the time they deserve and to be wholeheartedly immersed in the moment. Being present in whatever we choose to do is the key to feeling truly fulfilled and connected to ourselves.
In regard to beauty, wellness, motherhood or something else entirely—what’s one mantra or perspective you’re carrying with you this season?
My mantra this season is to allow yourself to move slowly when needed and recognize that it's an essential part of embodying grace. Whether it’s in beauty, wellness, motherhood, or any aspect of life, embracing a slower pace helps us stay grounded, centered, and more connected to ourselves.
