Powered by Sea Buckthorn Oil (an Oak Essentials hero ingredient) plus a rich blend of Coconut Oil and antioxidant-rich Cocoa Butter, it cushions extra-dry skin in lasting moisture for a soft, soothed, and healthy-looking finish. We love layering it over Luminous Body Lotion or Dew Body Oil for a whole-body version of slugging, or concentrating it on the elbows, knees, and heels as an intensive overnight treatment.

  • Moisture Rich Body Balm is the perfect final step in your PM body care routine. You can also use it during the day for deep nourishment on extra-dry areas, like the elbows, hands, knees, and feet. 

  • While both are oil-based formulas, they are designed for different areas and needs. Moisture Rich Body Balm is a richer balm-to-oil formula created for the thicker skin on the body. It’s incredibly emollient, soothing, and aromatic, helping to seal in moisture and flood the skin with antioxidants. Moisture Rich Balm is a slightly thinner balm-to-oil formula, developed specifically for the delicate skin on the face and décolleté. It helps seal in hydration, protect the skin barrier, and leave behind a dewy, healthy-looking glow.  

  • This formula is best stored at room temperature. In very warm conditions, it may soften. If that happens, allow it to cool and the balm will firm up. Please note that it’s completely normal for the formula to melt into an oil when warmed between the fingertips. 

  • Moisture Rich Body Balm is formulated with Sea Buckthorn Oil to help support the skin barrier and Cocoa Butter to help soothe the feeling of sensitivity. 

  • Moisture Rich Body Balm is a thick, rich balm that melts into an oil once emulsified between the fingers. It’s our most hydrating body product—and more emollient than a traditional body lotion or body butter. It absorbs into the skin gradually, leaving behind a layer of lasting hydration.
